Brewery and tasting room that sells beer for on-site consumption and growlers to go. All of their beers are gluten-reduced except the Hefeweizen. They use a product called Clarity-Ferm that breaks up the polypeptides of glutens, thereby removing it from the beer. About 16 gluten-reduced beers available on tap.
