I am a graduate of CSU with a degree in Microbiology. I joined the chapter in the early 1990’s when my two children and I were diagnosed with celiac. With three of us needing a gluten-free diet, I felt I had to learn as much as I could to teach them how to successfully eat GF. As adults now they tell me about new GF products. The support group is a great way to receive this information, so you can navigate the challenges you encounter with this diet. Over the years I have volunteered for various projects. I feel the most helpful was the Gluten-Free Product List. It is great to see how many new items are now appearing. My husband is not GF, but cheerfully eats our GF dinners. We enjoy hiking and the Colorado mountains.
