Grace Shirley was diagnosed with celiac at 18 months old and is super grateful to have such a supportive gluten-free community in Colorado. She loves spending time outside and is currently studying math and biology in college in Washington State. She’s really enjoyed the opportunity to help out and get to know her fellow celiacs as part of the Denver Celiacs’ Teen Board, and she’s excited to help with even more events and resources for celiacs in the future!
