Diagnosed with celiac disease at nine months old, Thomas has maintained a strict gluten-free lifestyle his entire life. This lived experience has informed a long-standing commitment to gluten-free awareness, food safety, and evidence-based education, ultimately leading to his involvement with the NCA-Denver Chapter

Thomas brings to the board a systems-oriented perspective grounded in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation, supporting the chapter’s mission to advance education, advocacy, and community impact throughout the Denver region.
