Why I Recommend It: It was a NY Times Bestseller, and my reading list usually starts with stuff on that list. When I read this book, it was my first clue that gluten (wheat) was my problem. It really was an eye opener for me and started me down the path of learning more about gluten. It was a great read, easy to understand, and from a credible source (a physician). It’s a NY Times Bestseller for a reason, and good for someone wanting to learn more about wheat.
