Angela Day Waliszewski is a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with 10+ years of experience in the field. She completed her Masters in Sports Nutrition (MS), is a Mixed Martial Arts Certified Specialist (MMACS), and is also certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).
