Please join your Denver Celiac Support group for our 10th Annual Incredible, Edible Gluten Free Food Fair on Sunday, August 21st from 10am – 3pm at The Denver Mart, 451 E 58th Ave, Denver, CO 80216. This will be a great celebration with lots of gluten free vendors who will offer samples of amazing gluten free products. This event is free to the public. Make sure to check out the fun presentations and food demos going on during the day as well!

In this interactive presentation, Elizabeth will illuminate the numerous places where gluten, allergens, toxins and even carcinogens are hidden in our everyday consumable products.

How to Successfully Advocate for Gluten-free Dining Options
Join Beckee Moreland, Director of GREAT Kitchens, a training program from Beyond Celiac that helps restaurants, schools, camps, and other foodservice operations serve gluten-free food safely. Beckee will share insights to Back of the House practices in restaurants that could impact your family’s safety, and also identify hidden sources of gluten found in foodservice formulas. Learn what questions to ask and how to be an active communicator to ensure that restaurants have protocols in place to serve gluten-free safely. Beckee Moreland is a recognized gluten-free market expert with Beyond Celiac, and has worked as a gluten-free consultant for companies in the food industry since 2008. Her restaurant industry experience dates back over 20 years.
